Yes, Natural Airhead is literally what it means. I felt that airhead couldn't capture the exact feeling of 呆 (airhead, silly, zoned out, slow). So i opted for a name that fits the song ;) which is a love song. I dont want to follow the official translated titles unless it fits really well.
